Ms. Johnson

Welcome to Ms. Johnson's ELA page! Although new to the RSU 14 community, I have been teaching middle school ELA for 25 years. I am a New Jersey native and went to Clemson University in South Carolina where I earned bachelor degrees in both psychology and philosophy. Through USM's ETEP program, I earned my teaching degree as well as a masters in teaching and learning. 

 

In my classroom, students are encouraged to take academic risks. I will do my best to help each student not only become stronger readers and writers but also stronger critical thinkers and problem solvers. My class motto is "Progress Over Perfection."
